Lollydandy is committed to first class customer service.

Free postage
All postage within Australia is free. If you live outside of Australia, the postage costs will be worked out as you check out.

Ease of shopping
Enjoy our wares. Once you've chosen your item, simply pop it into the shopping cart where we accept Visa, Mastercard, direct deposit or cheque. Once you place your order, you will also have the opportunity to tell us if the artwork is to be personalised with a name. If you'd prefer to fill out an order form and post or fax it to us, simply email us for an order form.

Great presentation
If the item is a gift, whereby we will lovingly wrap it for you before we send it on its way, and we're not just talking ordinary wrapping, our wrapping is divine. We can also organise gift certificates and gift cards.

Personalised gifts
If you're purchasing a personalised piece as a gift for someone else, it will take 14 working days to lovingly make and send to you. If it's a last minute present, we'll pop a Lollydandy card in the mail to your gift recipient with your message just so they know something is on the way that is being created just for them.
If you are looking for a present for someone and can't decide, a Lollydandy gift certificate is the easy way to go. Gift certificates can be made out to any amount, and again, no postage costs to worry about within Australia.

Top quality materials
Quality and service are everything to us. Our wares are first class, our artworks are printed using top quality inks and materials. If you want to know more about the materials we work with, simply contact us and we'll send you a little complimentary swatch.

Returns
Goods may only be returned if they are faulty or not what was ordered, and must be returned within four weeks of purchase. As most artworks are made to order, we don't accept returns if you've just changed your mind. Having said that, we're only happy if our customers are happy, so we will work with you to ensure you end up with a product that you're thrilled with.
