Do I need to order online?
If you would prefer to order via post or email, please email us for an order form, or simply drop us a line letting us know what you are after.

How long does the order take if I live in Australia?
You will receive your order in around two weeks from when you place your order.
We understand this can be tricky if you (like us) are ordering something as a present with not much time to spare. So, if it is a gift and you're racing against the clock, we'll pop a Lollydandy card in the mail to them with your message, just so they know something is on the way that is being created just for them.
We use Australia Post for all Australian deliveries. Please note, if you pay us via cheque or direct deposit, the order will be processed once the funds have cleared.

What about if I live outside of Australia?
We use the Australia Post, Economy Air International Parcel Service for all deliveries outside of Australia and delivery will take up to five days longer than domestic deliveries. Postage for overseas deliveries is automatically calculated when you checkout.

What is the cost of delivery?
If you live within Australia, delivery is free. It's all part of our commitment to service. Like you, we don't like doing the maths on the hidden delivery fees, so we are rewarding your fine taste by providing this great delivery service. If you live outside of Australia, the postage costs will be worked out as you check out.

Where is the artwork made?
All pieces are proudly designed, made and packaged in Australia.

What does the canvas look like?
If you'd like us to post you a little sample of the materials we use, just drop us a line and we'll post something out to you, at no cost.

What sort of inks do you use in your printing?
Lollydandy uses high quality, archival inks, and the canvas we use is professional grade, cotton polyblend canvas, coated with a UV protectant coating.

Currency
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.

What is your privacy policy?
Lollydandy is fiercely protective of your personal information, including all contact details and credit card information. Any information supplied by you will be kept private and will not be used for any purpose outside the sale and provision of goods to you, all pursuant to the Privacy Act. We guarantee your personal information will not be released to any other business, except when required by law.

What is your returns policy?
Goods may only be returned if they are faulty or not what was ordered. As most artworks are made to order, we don't accept returns if you've just changed your mind, and all goods must be returned within four weeks of purchase. Having said that, we're only happy if our customers are happy, so we will work with you to ensure you end up with a product that you're thrilled with.

Is it safe to use my credit card on your website?
We safely process all transactions using the highest security measures, including SSL. We accept Visa and Mastercard, but if you'd prefer to fax, email or post us an order, we also accept cheques and direct deposits.
